At Safeguaranteed, we are committed to providing exceptional home decorating services that meet your expectations. We understand that decorating your home is a significant investment, and we want you to be satisfied with the results. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments.

Our goal is to work collaboratively with you throughout the decorating process to ensure the final result aligns with your vision. We believe in transparent communication and will address any concerns promptly and professionally.

Service-Based Policy Overview

As a service-based business, our return and refund policies differ from traditional retail return policies. Our services involve creative work, consultation time, and personalized recommendations that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we have established fair policies to protect both our clients and our business.

Consultation Services

Free Initial Consultations

Our complimentary initial consultations are provided at no charge and are non-refundable as no payment is required. These consultations are designed to understand your needs and determine if our services are the right fit for your project.

Paid Consultation Services

For paid consultation services, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will receive a 50% refund. No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Design Package Services

Before Project Commencement

If you wish to cancel a design package before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail.

During Project Execution

Once a project has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed to date:

  • If less than 25% of the project is complete: 60% refund of total project cost
  • If 25-50% of the project is complete: 40% refund of total project cost
  • If 50-75% of the project is complete: 20% refund of total project cost
  • If more than 75% of the project is complete: No refund available

Project completion percentages will be determined based on deliverables outlined in your project agreement and will be communicated transparently.

After Project Completion

Once a project has been completed and all deliverables have been provided, refunds are generally not available. However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the completed work, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement.

Seasonal Subscription Services

For our seasonal bedroom styling and ongoing subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice
  • Annual subscriptions may be canceled within the first 30 days for a prorated refund
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another party
  • Seasonal updates that have already been completed are non-refundable

Physical Products and Materials

While we primarily offer services, we occasionally source products and materials on behalf of our clients:

Products Purchased Through Us

  • Custom-ordered items are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier
  • Stock items in original, unopened condition may be returned within 14 days
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client

Damaged or Defective Items

If any products arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our suppliers to arrange a replacement or refund. Documentation such as photographs of the damage will be required.

Revision Policy

We believe in getting things right. Our standard packages include a specified number of revision rounds. If you are not satisfied with initial design concepts or recommendations, we will work with you to refine them within the scope of your package:

  • Essential Room Refresh: Includes 2 revision rounds
  • Complete Home Styling: Includes 3 revision rounds
  • Seasonal Transformation: Includes 1 revision round per seasonal update

Additional revisions beyond those included may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Submit your request in writing via email to welcome@safeguaranteed.world
  • Include your project name, agreement date, and reason for the request
  • Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  • You will receive a written response outlining the refund amount, if applicable
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card
  • Check payments will be refunded via company check
  • Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating account

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of documented emergencies, serious illness, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our standard policies. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a refund request, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We are committed to finding mutually agreeable solutions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Use.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For projects already under contract, the Return Policy in effect at the time of signing will apply.
